Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped from our location in the Netherlands. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM (CET) will be packed the same day. Orders placed after this time or during the weekend will be packed on the next business day.

· Standard Shipping (1–2 business days) – €4.20
· Free shipping on orders over €30
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link to follow your package.
Delays
The delivery times mentioned are indicative. We do our best to deliver orders within these timeframes, but unforeseen delays may occur. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions once the order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier.
Address Changes
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@belumin.co.
We will do our best to assist you, but once an order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address. In such cases, we are not liable for incorrectly delivered or lost packages.
