Return and refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Belumin. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

To exercise this right, please email us at info@belumin.co with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

Products can be returned only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Procedure

1.    Send an email to info@belumin.co with your order number and reason for return.

2.    Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address from us.

3.    Make sure your package is clearly marked with your order number and name.

Refunds

After we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
